Return & Exchange Policies
At Anime Hōm, we want you to be happy with your purchase! We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase.
To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all original tags attached and original packaging intact and undamaged. Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage, or are missing tags or original packaging, may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return and exchange requests.
